Brad Haggard was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. In 2019, he obtained a law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, solidifying a commitment to the practice of criminal defense. While in law school, Brad received the CALI Excellence For The Future in Texas Criminal Procedure, awarded to the student with the top grade in the class.

With a strong passion for protecting the rights of the accused, Brad Haggard began his legal career as a Harris County Public Defender, serving for five years. During this time, he gained extensive experience in both the bail division and felony trial division, vigorously defending clients in complex criminal matters. Brad Haggard has a proven track record of success in the courtroom, securing favorable outcomes for clients facing some of the most serious criminal charges. He has successfully defended cases before a jury ranging from Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child to Failure to Stop and Render Aid Involving an Accident.
